Full Stack Engineer

Position : Full Stack Developer (React + Node + Python)

Experience : 5–7 years

Interview Process : Client Interview

Working Hours : Normal business hours, with overlap support for client calls between

8 : 30 PM – 9 : 30 PM (IST) (and 9 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM during daylight saving time)

Key Technical Skills

Mandatory :

Frontend : React.js (strong proficiency with modern front-end frameworks)

Backend : Node.js, Python (scripting & backend integration)

Architecture : Understanding of microservices and scalable applications

Preferred :

Vue.js (the current project is being migrated from Vue to React)

Webpack, ES6+, npm / yarn

Authentication : JWT, OAuth2

API Handling : REST APIs, data transformations, pagination

Unit Testing : Writing and maintaining testable code

Version Control & Package Management : npm, yarn, package.json

Good to Have :

Backend Frameworks : Express, Loopback

Database : MySQL, PostgreSQL familiarity

Basic PHP Knowledge : (For support on Totara platform)

CSS / Less concepts

Basic JavaScript fundamentals : Promises, array operations, etc.

Understanding of API security, authorization concepts

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in an agile, cross-functional environment
