Job Summary

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue across all wellness packages, therapies, room categories, and guest segments. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on sales experience in the hospital / healthcare sector, and the ability to strategize pricing, promotions, corporate tie-ups, and referral channels.

Key Responsibilities Revenue & Pricing Strategy

• Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies across all wellness programs and room categories.
• Monitor daily pick-up, pace trends, and booking patterns to adjust pricing dynamically.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and business performance reports.
• Manage OTA pricing, packages, discounts, and promotions.
