We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on employee performance issues.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and address employee concerns and grievances effectively.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on various HR policies and practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in HR generalist role or related functions.Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Familiarity with performance management systems and employee engagement tools.Skills Required
