IAM Lead / Architect- Hybrid- 12 months contract + extension- Bangalore, Pune or Chennai

Our international IT Consulting client is looking for IAM lead / Architect as below.

Job Title : IAM Lead / Architect

Location : Hybrid in Bangalore, Pune or Chennai (On-site 2 days / week)

Languages : Fluent in English

Start date : December 1st

Contract : 12 months + extension

Responsibilities :

Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure CIAM solutions using Entra ID B2C, including multi-tenant setups and user flows.

Development : Develop back-end Java code in Kubernetes / cloud environment.

Configure and manage federated identity providers (e.g., social logins like Google and Facebook, or enterprise accounts via Entra ID).

Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and other security best practices.

Work with OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML protocols.

Deployment and Automation : Utilize Azure DevOps or similar CI / CD tools to script and automate deployments of B2C custom policies and configurations across environments.

Skills required :

Min 7+ years experience in IAM Lead engineer or Architecture

Expert experience with Java code and Kubernetes

Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI / CD tools

Implemented and monitored multiple security best practices

International project experience
