Engineering Manager :

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. You will collaborate across functions to align engineering efforts with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Tasks

• Lead, manage, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture
• Empower teams to deliver robust, scalable, and customer-centric software aligned with business needs
• Oversee project execution, ensuring technical excellence , code quality , and timely delivery
• Support engineers’ growth through coaching, feedback, and career development planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps, QA) to deliver impactful features
• Drive best practices in software engineering , architecture , and system design
• Promote modern development practices including Agile CI / CD , and DevOps
• Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges to maintain a productive environment
