Job Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Tele-Counsellor to handle client inquiries, educate patients about our treatments, and ensure a smooth consultation experience. The role involves connecting with potential clients over calls, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments with our clinic specialists.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Counsel potential clients on aesthetic and wellness treatments offered by Reborn Clinics.
• Follow up with leads received through ads and digital campaigns.
• Convert inquiries into appointments through effective communication.
• Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups in the Sheet system.
• Coordinate with the on-ground clinic team for appointment confirmations.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and show-ups.
• Provide a positive and informative client experience aligned with Reborn Clinics’ brand standards.
