Strategic Business Governance

  • Establish and lead the business governance framework across verticals and enabling functions.
  • Partner with business leaders to embed governance into strategic planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Drive alignment between business objectives and governance practices to ensure sustainable growth.

Program & Initiative Oversight

  • Govern key business programs, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, milestones, and risk indicators for strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure timely decision-making through structured governance forums and steering committees.

    • Policy & Process Governance

  • Oversee the development, review, and adherence to business policies, SOPs, and operating models.
  • Ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement in business processes.
  • Facilitate internal audits, management reviews, and process health checks.

    • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as a central point of coordination between business units, enabling functions, and leadership.
  • Prepare and present governance dashboards, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and accountability across teams.

    • Regulatory Engagement & Representation

  • Represent the business in front of RBI and other regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare, review, and validate RBI submissions from a business perspective.
  • Interpret RBI guidelines and translate them into actionable business strategies.

    • Documentation & Audit Readiness

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and dashboards for RBI inspections.
