About Position :

The MDM Lead drives enterprise-wide Master Data Management efforts, ensuring data consistency, quality, and governance. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, defining data standards, and aligning MDM strategies with business objectives.

What You'll Do :

Lead and oversee MDM project execution across teams.

Partner with stakeholders to define and refine master data requirements.

Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and compliance standards.

Manage project timelines, risks, and resource allocation.

Communicate progress and key updates to leadership regularly.

Expertise You'll Bring :

Deep knowledge of MDM principles, tools, and best practices.

Hands-on experience in driving data governance and quality programs.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Expertise in project execution, planning, and risk mitigation.

Familiarity with MDM platforms like Informatica SaaS, Reltio, or similar
