We are now looking for a Talent Sourcer who will play a key role in scaling this next phase of growth — identifying and engaging top talent across multiple high-impact functions in India.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers across Product, Customer Success, Customer Experience, Technical Support, and Professional Services to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
Own end-to-end sourcing — from market mapping and research to outreach and candidate engagement — ensuring a steady pipeline of top talent for critical roles.
Source with precision and creativity , using a mix of advanced search strategies, AI-driven sourcing tools, referrals, and social engagement to uncover hidden talent.
Craft tailored outreach strategies that reflect Rubrik’s mission and the unique impact of each team in India.
Deliver actionable talent intelligence — provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes to help shape recruiting strategy.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional partners , ensuring alignment and transparency across the hiring lifecycle.
Champion diversity hiring initiatives by embedding inclusive sourcing practices and representing Rubrik’s culture of belonging.
Track and analyze metrics to continuously improve sourcing efficiency and quality of hire.

What We’re Looking For :

4–7 years of sourcing experience in a high-growth technology environment, preferably within SaaS, Product, or Enterprise Tech companies.

Proven success in building pipelines for both technical and customer-facing roles.

Strong command of sourcing tools — LinkedIn Recruiter,Naukri, HireEZ, SeekOut, Gem, GitHub, or similar platforms.

Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

A passion for connecting with people and building relationships that go beyond a single role.

A self-starter who thrives in an agile, high-impact environment.
