Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions (welders, fitters, supervisors, engineers, admin staff, etc.).
Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management .
Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate training programs, safety sessions, and skill development activities .
Assist in performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives .
Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and labor relations .
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and HR policies .
Support management with HR reports, MIS, and audits .
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective workforce planning
Requirements
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management .
Familiarity with payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws) .
Experience in blue-collar and shop-floor workforce management .
Knowledge of HRMS / ATS tools (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, SAP, etc.) .
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills .
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR reporting.
