UAT Test Manager

As a UAT Test Manager, you will be a key leader in our testing efforts, responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and execution of User Acceptance Testing.

You will lead a team of Test Analysts and collaborate extensively with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• UAT Delivery Management : Lead and manage the end-to-end UAT delivery process, coordinating effectively across multiple squads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Strategic Planning : Independently plan and define UAT phases, structuring the UAT team and resources efficiently to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including Project Managers (PMs), Product Owners (POs), Business Analysts (BAs), and other transformation test managers / leads to meticulously plan and execute UAT activities.
• Risk Management : Proactively identify, assess, and report on potential risks and their impact on UAT, developing mitigation strategies.
• Ownership & Accountability : Be fully responsible for the UAT outcome, taking complete ownership of the UAT for Guidewire Cloud implementations.
• Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Test Analysts, overseeing their deliverables and providing hands-on support and guidance whenever required.
