Role Description : -
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Konika Jewellery, located in Chennai. The Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. Responsibilities include overseeing advertising campaigns, managing social media platforms, developing promotional events, performing market research to identify trends, and collaborating with teams to implement innovative marketing approaches.
- Marketing strategy and brand management experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and campaign optimization
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, analytics software, and MS Office
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences in the city, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels (offline and online) and segments
- Develop and execute the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the team and leveraging the right internal processes laid out by Head of Marketing and pushing offline and digital sales..
- Create and execute brand awareness, user acquisition and engagement across channels.
- Oversee the external communications strategy (social, website, Instagram and Facebook) including the development, implementation, and post-campaign drive improvements
- Capable and responsible to execute any creative marketing task to meet the deadlines
- Participate in Exhibitions and in constant research of market trends and locations of possible exhibition opportunities with good end results and well rounded collection launches on timely manner.
- Attend Regular Trade Shows and promote the products.
- Provide market trends and Jewellery competition reports and analysis to develop local strategy.
- Provide daily support to store operations linked to the product collection.
- Responsible for weekly social media / and digital publications.
- Maintain accurate Konika Jewellery product information in product database ensure updated catalogs and CRM
- Assist in the preparation, organization and support of events as needed.
- Work with team and plan the product roll outs during festivals.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and new product launches through collaboration with Marketing, Product, Sales and Design teams within the organization.
Specific Requirements
Strong skills in data analysis, market research, and trend identificationCreativity and innovation in designing promotional events and campaignsExcellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skillsAtleast 2+ years experience in MarketingPrevious experience with Retail / Jewellery Brands preferred.Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels including, social media, print, and mobile.Good English and regional language communication skills.Self-starter with ability to produce high quality work with little to no supervisionQualifications
