Junior Ticketing Consultant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Ticketing Consultant to join our travel team in Ahmedabad . The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in domestic and international ticketing , with proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). The role involves night shifts to support international clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage air ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations for domestic and international travel.
• Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for flight reservations and changes.
• Provide fare quotes, process refunds, and handle schedule changes.
• Ensure accurate ticket issuance and PNR management.
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Stay updated with airline policies and global travel regulations.
