Global Bid Manager – AI & Deep Tech Solutions

Location : Onsite – Mumbai

Reports to : Chief Revenue Officer

As we scale globally, we are now looking for a Bid Management Rockstar — someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution — to be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all bids and proposals across regions.

Your Role

  • Be the central owner of the bid process — from opportunity qualification to final submission.
  • Analyze RFPs / RFIs and qualify opportunities using objective frameworks aligned to our solution strengths.
  • Create the first draft of the response by stitching together reusable content, use cases, pricing templates, and IP decks.
  • Coordinate with sales, delivery, product, marketing, legal, and finance to build a winning techno-commercial proposal.
  • Own timelines and version control, and ensure the bid process runs like clockwork.
  • Lead bid defense and client clarifications, both pre- and post-submission.
  • Build and continuously evolve our global bid library – case studies, frameworks, price sheets, win themes, decks, etc.
  • Track win-loss data and institutionalize learnings across the org.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in bid / proposal management, preferably in IT services, consulting, or AI / Tech sectors.
  • Proven ability to own and run global bid processes independently — from qualification to submission and defense.
  • Excellent written English, structuring, and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and senior stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of solution selling, techno-commercial frameworks, and value-based pricing.
  • High ownership mindset with zero fear of accountability.
  • Good-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience managing bids in AI, SaaS, or Deep Tech consulting space.
  • Familiarity with global RFP structures – especially from UK, UAE, Europe, India, and North America.
  • Prior exposure to GovTech or enterprise procurement platforms.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (Notion, Slack, Trello, Canva, Figma, etc.) and proposal software.
  • Past experience with win / loss analysis and sales enablement asset creation.
