Job Purpose
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for technical and engineering roles. You will partner closely with hiring and talent acquisition managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, delivering quality candidates within defined timelines.
Key Result Areas
Sourcing of candidates through Linkedin.
Deliver qualified candidate pipeline for assigned roles within agreed turnaround times (TAT).
Position closure within TAT.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring and talent acquisition managers to understand position requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Source, engage, and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, and other innovative channels.
Leverage creative sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, networking, referrals, events) to reach passive candidates.
Manage end-to-end coordination of candidate interviews and feedback loops.
Track sourcing performance and provide regular reports and analytics to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and TAT targets.
Education and Experience
Graduate with around 6 to 8 years of hands on experience in sourcing through Linkedin and other recruitment portals. MBA / Post graduation in HR is preferred.
Atleast 5 to 6 years experience in managing engineering recruitments is mandatory.
Prior experience with recruitment consultancy firms and / or multinational companies.
Background, Skills, and Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Time-management skills and multitasking ability.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers / talent acquisition managers.
Perseverant, result-oriented and can work under pressure.
