About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on technology leader to architect and scale world-class maps, navigation, and traffic intelligence platforms at MapmyIndia.

This role sits at the intersection of geospatial systems, real-time data platforms, and AI / ML innovation , driving the future of location-based mobility intelligence in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & scale high-performance systems for location search, routing, and traffic intelligence.
• Lead development of graph-based routing engines — shortest path, traffic-aware, multimodal, and EV routing.
• Build and enhance real-time traffic ingestion, prediction, and visualization platforms using AI / ML.
• Design cloud-native, microservices-based architectures (AWS / GCP, Kafka, Spark / Flink, Kubernetes).
• Oversee data quality, accuracy, and freshness across GPS, IoT, and crowdsourced data streams.
• Mentor and grow high-performing engineering and data science teams.
• Collaborate with product leaders to align technology strategy with MapmyIndia’s business vision.
