As a Commercial Portfolio Senior Associate , you will shape the future of commercial real estate by managing client portfolios, analyzing investments, and driving asset performance. This role requires strong analytical ability, stakeholder communication, and a passion for real estate strategy.

- Manage and grow commercial real estate portfolios.
- Conduct market research, property valuations, and financial analysis.
- Prepare investment reports, risk assessments & performance reviews.

- Monitor lease agreements, occupancy & portfolio performance.
