Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer - HVAC (Valves & Pumps) with 1-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of valves and pumps , with proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive sales of HVAC valves and pumps.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the HVAC industry.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and consultants.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for smooth execution of projects.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and forecasts.

Key Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

1-5 years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, specifically in valves and / or pumps.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly valves and pumps.

Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets .

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong networking with HVAC contractors, consultants, and clients in the region.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
