Job description

Job Title : Reliability Test Engineer

Location : Mysore / Bangalore

Experience Required : 4-10 Years

Job Description :

Core Responsibilities :

Develop and execute reliability test plans including :
Accelerated Life Testing (ALT)
Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT)
Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS)
Stress Testing
Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and lead root cause investigations .
Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate reliability aspects into product design.

Data Analysis & Documentation :

Analyze test data using statistical methods such as :

Weibull Analysis

ANOVA

Design of Experiments (DOE)

Maintain and update Design History Files (DHF) and risk documentation in compliance with FDA and ISO standards .

Compliance & Regulatory Support :

Ensure adherence to regulatory standards including :

ISO 13485

ISO 14971

FDA 21 CFR 820.30

Support Design Verification and Validation (DV&V) activities.

Provide technical guidance during audits and regulatory submissions .
