Job description

NIMS University is looking for a creative and data-driven Communications Manager to lead and optimize our outreach across Email, SMS, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) channels. If you’re passionate about crafting impactful communication strategies that drive engagement and conversions — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, execute, and manage Email, SMS, and Meta communication campaigns for student engagement, admissions, and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize content for higher open and conversion rates.
  • Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all digital communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and admissions teams to create impactful messaging and targeted communication journeys.
  • Manage communication databases and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital communication and automation tools to enhance outreach effectiveness.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in managing email, SMS, and social media (Meta) campaigns.
  • Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, or Meta Business Suite .
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Willing to work on-site at NIMS University, Jaipur.
