JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE - FRONT LINE SALES
Position Overview :
We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Front-Line Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of the local real estate market, with a focus on plot sales. They will be responsible for driving sales, building a robust sales pipeline, and meeting aggressive targets.
Key Requirements :
i. Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to engage effectively with potential customers and address their needs.
ii. Experience : Minimum of 12 months in real estate sales, with in-depth knowledge of plot sales and the local market competition.
iii. Self-Motivation and Drive : A proactive and aggressive approach to achieving sales targets.
iv. Availability : Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 10 days.
v. Location : Willingness to work from our site offices in Chengalpet, Kanchipuram, Kalpakkam, Tiruvallur, and Sriperumbattur.
vi. Work Schedule : Tuesday off, with flexibility for other days as required.
Job Responsibilities :
i. Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly plans for site visit schedules and arrangements.
ii. Follow up with existing inquiries to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
iii. Communicate with prospects via phone and timely follow-ups to understand their property requirements and preferences.
iv. Schedule and conduct site visits and walk-ins to facilitate property viewings and drive closures.
v. Assist prospective buyers in selecting the right plots based on their needs, requirements, and budget.
vi. Manage the customer cycle : Sales to Bookings, Bookings to Collection, Collection to Registration.
i. Meet with prospects at our site offices to present deals and finalize sales.
ii. Coordinate effectively to convert leads into successful transactions.
iii. Ensure a high inquiry-to-booking conversion ratio through diligent follow-ups and personalized service.
iv. Oversee arrangements for site visits, providing potential buyers with a comprehensive view of our properties before closing deals.
i. Actively promote and secure bulk bookings, corporate bookings, and other large-scale deals.
ii. Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and promoters to drive bookings through these channels.
i. Provide regular reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
ii. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
