Job descriptionSupport employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes. Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases. Assist in attendance monitoring, payroll support, and employee query handling. Assist in planning monthly training calendars and coordinating training programs. Manage training attendance, feedback collection, and reporting dashboards. Support in measuring training effectiveness and maintaining T&D MIS. Plan and execute employee engagement activities at HO and units (as required). Deliver internal communication updates, event coordination, and feedback analysis. Support in driving initiatives that promote a positive work culture. Assist in maintaining statutory and audit-related HR documentation. Support vendor coordination and administrative HR requirements. Ensure adherence to company policies and HR protocols. MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience may apply. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Summary
The incumbent will support the Human Resources team in executing end-to-end HR activities, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Training & Development, and Employee Engagement. The role is designed to provide structured exposure to HR functions, enabling the trainee to contribute to process effectiveness, organizational culture building, and strategic HR initiatives.
