We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and hiring processes. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to building high-performing teams across tech and business functions.

Location : Remote (India)

Employment Type : Contract (3 Months)

Experience Required : 1–2 Years

Responsibilities and Requirements :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (technical and non-technical).
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets aligned with business goals.

Requirements :

1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (preferably tech hiring).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency with sourcing tools and job portals.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
