Job descriptionExperience : 8+ years of Pega experience, including 3+ years in Pega 8 implementations. Hands-on experience with Pega CLSA certification . Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and RDBMS principles. Basic understanding of Core Java . Technical Skills : Proficiency with Pega tools and methodologies (App Studio, Cosmos UI, DCO tools). Expertise in RDBMS tools like Postgres or Oracle . Experience with SQL commands and database operations. Soft Skills : Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to guide and mentor development teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architecting Solutions : Design and architect business applications using Pega App Studio and Pega Cosmos UI Architecture .
- Technical Leadership : Provide guidance to project teams and serve as a lead architect for large-scale enterprise designs.
- System Maintenance : Handle Pega admin tasks such as configuring application servers and resolving upgrade issues.
- Business Requirement Translation : Translate complex business requirements into functional technical requirements using Pega Smart BPM methodology and DCO tools.
- Proposal Ownership : Take ownership of Pega technology proposals and provide sizing estimates for projects.
- Database Expertise : Work with RDBMS tools (e.g., Postgres, Oracle) and demonstrate proficiency in SQL commands.
- Project Management : Scope, plan, and deliver projects using iterative development lifecycles over multiple release cycles.
