Job Summary :

The Store Executive is responsible for managing inventory maintaining stock records and ensuring efficient material handling for the companys engineering and heavy fabrication operations. This role involves coordinating with procurement production and quality teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inventory Management :
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and audits.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials tools and finished goods.
• Material Handling & Issuance :
• Issue materials as per production requirements.
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials.
• Coordinate with purchase and production teams for timely material availability.
• Documentation & Reporting :
• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) stock register and inventory reports.
• Track and report stock levels shortages and excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies for inventory control.
• Vendor & Logistics Coordination :
• Coordinate with vendors for material receipts and quality inspections.
• Arrange for the transportation of materials as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material movement.
• Process Improvement & Compliance :
• Suggest improvements in storekeeping processes for efficiency.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store area.
• Adhere to company policies and industry standards in inventory management.
