Hiring  Tech Lead for a high-growth HealthTech company building India’s first education-led digital pharmacy platform. If you love building scalable products, driving automation, and leading end-to-end tech, this role is for you.

🌐 Role : Tech Lead

📍 Location : : Mumbai – Western Suburbs

🏢 Work Mode : 100% On-Site

🕙 Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

📅 Working Days : Monday to Saturday

What You’ll Lead

• Full ownership of website, mobile app, backend systems , and tech roadmap
• Architect scalable systems using MERN / MEAN , Flutter / React Native , and cloud infra
• Build and deploy AI-driven automation workflows (chatbots, voice analytics, internal automation)
• Integrate platforms like Zoho CRM , Zoho Inventory , Shipmojo , Razorpay , WhatsApp APIs
• Drive tech + business alignment for growth, efficiency & customer experience
• Manage external development partners and gradually build an internal tech team
• Ensure data security, performance, uptime , and compliance for healthcare systems
