Job Title – Oracle EBS FinancialsLocation : Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai / Noida / Hyderabad / ChennaiEducational Background – BE / BtechKey Responsibilities –Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in IT, accounting, retail, procurement, warehouse operations, transportation, or financial systems. Master’s degree preferred.Have 8 years of broad-based experience in specific and related disciplines of the business (Oracle Financials-EBS R12) with implementation and support experienceExperience in SDLC and Agile methodologiesExperience in Migration planning, UAT testing and User guide creationHave 2 years minimum in Oracle Cloud Financials preferred.Strong understanding of Accounting and Financial processes in a Supply chain environment.Possess strong analysis, organizational, oral and written communication skills.Be detail oriented and able to work on many different assignments at one time with demonstrated follow through and commitment to customer service.Be able to work in stressful situations where time demands are high and have the ability to discern priorities.Be an effective planner, organizer, trouble shooter, and self-starter.Be able to work effectively without a lot of supervision or direction.Have strong business acumen.Ability to provide after-hours support as needed based on needs of the business
