Role Summary

We are looking for an Industrial Designer to join our Cultsport team and help shape the future of fitness and wellness products. You will design and deliver consumer products such as massagers, bicycles, treadmills, and connected fitness equipment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning ideas into market-ready products while using AI-powered workflows and modern collaboration tools to work smarter, align faster, and communicate better. What You’ll Do

• Design to Deliver : Own product design end to end, from concept sketches to production-ready solutions.
• Smarter Workflows : Use AI tools, prototyping software, and collaboration platforms to accelerate design iterations and improve cross-team clarity.
• Material Mastery : Apply deep knowledge of materials, ergonomics, and sustainable practices to create durable and cost-efficient products.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams to ensure designs meet both business goals and user needs.
• Stay Ahead : Research trends in fitness, wellness, and digital design workflows to keep Cultsport products innovative and competitive.
• Prototype & Validate : Drive prototyping and testing cycles to ensure products meet performance, safety, and delight benchmarks.
• Lead with Speed : Manage multiple projects at once, delivering world-class design outputs on time and within scope.
