To thrive in this role, you’ll need :
- 5+ years of experience in an account management or customer success role, preferably working with digital publishers
- A proven track record of managing multiple clients and optimizing account performance
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships at multiple seniority levels
- Experience introducing new features or products to clients with measurable impact
- Comfort working in a KPI-driven environment with upsell / cross-sell targets
