Roles and Responsibilities of an Admin Officer (Engineering College – Accreditation Focus)
Accreditation and Compliance Coordination
Coordinate and facilitate institutional and departmental accreditation processes such as
NAAC, NBA, AICTE, and UGC .
Prepare and compile
Institutional and Departmental data
for submission to accreditation bodies.
Ensure
timely submission
of compliance reports, AQAR (Annual Quality Assurance Report), SSR (Self-Study Report), SAR (Self-Assessment Report), and other documentation.
Liaise with
statutory and regulatory agencies
to ensure the institution meets all norms and standards.
Maintain updated
records, approvals, and renewal documents
from bodies like AICTE, UGC, and affiliating universities and so on.
Support the
Principal, Deans, and Heads of Departments
in planning and executing institutional activities.
