Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple roles. The ideal candidate has strong experience working in fast-paced environments such as agencies, consultancies, or startups, and is confident managing high-volume and niche hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across tech and non-tech roles.
• Use job portals, , referrals, and other sourcing channels effectively.
• Create engaging job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess cultural / role fit.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback loops.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
