Lead Engineer - CPP

Key Responsibilities

Design and development in C++ on Windows environment.

• Involve in requirement analysis, design, coding and testing
• Understand / learn architecture and design of existing applications developed mainly using C++
• Take ownership of assigned jobs that are part of new feature implementations, bug fixes and enhancement activities
• Document the projects according to project standards (Architecture, technical specifications)
• Technical communication with internal and external stake holders
• Works independently and contributes to the immediate team and work with Architects and other leads
• Ability to lead / mentor teams of size up to 5
