We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with deep expertise in distributed systems , microservices architecture , and Kubernetes .

You will lead a team of engineers, influence architectural direction, and play a pivotal role in accelerating software delivery using cutting-edge tools and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based architectures running on Kubernetes (EKS or AKS).
- Build and optimize large-scale distributed computing systems , ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered development tools to enhance team productivity and code quality.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in distributed systems and cloud-native development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
Requirements
6+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling distributed systems in production.Strong background in microservices architecture , API design , and event-driven systems .Proven experience managing and operating Kubernetes clusters in production environments.Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts — messaging, fault tolerance, consensus, consistency .Proficiency in at least two core programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js ).Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) for code generation, static analysis, and automation.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and security best practices .Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.Why Join Us
