Are you an experienced GPP (Global Payplus) professional ready to take ownership of end-to-end delivery, system integration, and production support?

Join our team as a GPP SME / Lead and be the key liaison between Unisystem and Finastra, driving excellence in implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Onsite GPP expert and primary contact for all GPP-related queries or issues.
• Liaise between Unisystem and Finastra teams for seamless coordination.
• Participate in LLD (Low Level Design) and ILD (Interface Level Design) workshops, providing valuable input on design and system integration.
• Act as the Configuration Expert for customers and support both system and business configuration.
• Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, and Oracle queries.
• Support SIT / UAT / NFT phases through issue resolution, test scope reviews, and clarifications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, recommend workarounds, and support production upgrades.
• Review and participate in walkthroughs of technical and functional specifications and use cases.
