Job descriptionHandle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other channels. Recommend the right group trips based on customer preferences. Assist with booking processes and customer concerns. Work toward ambitious trip booking and revenue goals. Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions and featured trips. Analyse conversion funnels and recommend improvements. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel vendors. Gather vendor and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Liaise with internal teams to align on goals and timelines. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in travel sales or B2B partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with a passion for travel and a growth mindset.
