Role Description :
Engage with potential D2C customers through WhatsApp, calls, and social media and manage sales.Approach creators and influencers for affiliate collaborations.Manage and update customer database (CRM) with leads, orders, and follow-ups.Driving sales through e-commerce platforms.Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve sales approach.Behavioural attributes required :
