Role Overview : We are seeking a technically sound Sales Engineer to manage and grow our customer base in the pharmaceutical and tooling sectors.
The ideal candidate will combine engineering expertise with strong sales acumen. An MBA in Marketing is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain relationships with pharma and tooling industry customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals
Techno-commercial deal with seniors along with customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits
Candidate Profile :
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related engineering field
MBA in Marketing is preferred .
2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in pharma machinery or tooling
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical specifications and customer applications
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel to assigned territory.
