Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise the order management team and ensure accurate entry and processing of sales orders in SAP.
- Oversee Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and pricing uploads within SAP.
- Ensure maintenance of field contracts, sample orders, and return processing for retailers.
- Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and handle customer complaints related to order fulfillment.
- Audit digital catalogs and ensure data accuracy across SAP-integrated systems.
- Lead digital product launches and coordinate release schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service) to resolve order-related issues.
- Establish and monitor operational metrics (e.g., order accuracy, cycle time, fulfillment rate).
- Evaluate system performance and recommend updates or automation improvements in SAP.
- Maintain documentation for all order management processes, including SOPs and reporting templates.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Order Management or Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Hands-on experience with SAP Order Management modules (SD, MM, CLM).Strong understanding of pricing, contracts, and digital catalog management in SAP.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.________________________________________
Preferred Skills :
Certifications such as APICS, PMP, CPIM, or ITIL.Experience with Sterling OMS, Oracle, or other ERP systems is a plus.Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
