Role Overview
We are hiring a high-performance Sales Lead who can own the revenue function. This is a founding-team level position with full responsibility for building, managing and scaling the sales operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete sales funnel from consultation to conversion
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Drive GTM initiatives across inbound, outbound and partnership channels
- Use science-backed communication to influence patient decisions
- Collaborate with founders, doctors, and product teams to improve processes
- Monitor performance metrics, refine scripts, and optimise conversions
- Set and achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Who You Are
3 to 7 plus years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business DevelopmentExperience in HealthTech, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition, or Pharma (preferred)Strong ability to convert consultations into paid subscriptionsExcellent communication and empathySelf-starter with strong ownership and ability to work in fast-moving environmentsBonus : interest or background in nutrition, obesity care, coaching or GLP-1Why Join EarlyFit
