Recruitment and Sourcing Manager

Betterbeans Consultants is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager with solid experience in IT recruitment and strong command of Naukri Enterprises, LinkedIn Recruitment, Boolean searches, and AI-based sourcing platforms.

Location : Trivandrum (Work from Office)

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across IT and Financial domains, including high-value clients and high-net-worth salaried roles.

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve monthly self and team targets.

Strengthen client relationships—gather precise feedback, anticipate requirements, and maintain delivery quality.

Review and qualify candidates sourced by team members, ensuring quality control and timeline adherence.

Drive advanced sourcing through Naukri Enterprises (Resdex), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI recruitment tools.

Expertly manage recruitment lifecycle using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for seamless candidate management and reporting.

Generate management dashboards and analytics reports through ATS and recruitment data.

Maintain ISO and information security compliance, protecting Betterbeans’ recruitment data and intellectual property.

Foster a performance-driven and process-focused work culture.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT.

Proven ability to handle niche and high-value recruitment mandates.

Expertise in Naukri Enterprises Resdex, LinkedIn Recruitment, Boolean searches, and leading AI recruitment platforms.

Strong understanding of ATS-based recruitment management and dashboard reporting.

Excellent client relationship skills and ability to close positions against tight timelines.

Process-driven professional with understanding of ISO and information security standards.

High performer with team orientation, ownership mindset, and consistency in achieving targets.
