About The Role

• 4+ years of working knowledge in Manhattan WMS SCPP platform version 2013 / 2017 application and architecture.
• Experience in production support and incident management
• Working knowledge of WMoS configuration (system codes and master data set up).
• Hands on experience in building PL / SQL scripts
• Working knowledge of navigating thru logs(application, system) and performing RCA.
• Good analytical and interpretation skills.
• Good Knowledge in SCI report
