SAP SD Functional

Key Responsibilities :

• Requirement Gathering : Understand business processes and gather user requirements for the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
• System Configuration : Configure SAP SD to meet business needs, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery management.
• Customizations : Work closely with cross-functional teams to customize SAP SD functionalities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Testing and Troubleshooting : Conduct unit and integration testing for SAP SD processes and resolve any issues.
• User Training and Support : Provide training to end-users, and offer ongoing support for SAP SD functionality and process optimization.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation on SAP SD configurations, business processes, and system improvements.
• Collaboration : Work with other SAP functional modules (MM, FI, etc.) and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of the SAP SD module with other systems.
• Reporting and Analytics : Develop standard and custom reports in SAP SD to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve sales and distribution processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
