Job Title : Technical AI Strategy Lead

The role involves developing the overall architecture for large language models from pre-training to supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback. This includes defining the technical strategy and creating a roadmap that aligns with organizational goals.

• Main Responsibilities :
• Design and oversee the integration of various AI components, including data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure.
• Make high-level decisions on technology stack, frameworks, and tools used in development and deployment.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive development and implementation.
• Conduct research on existing LLM architectures, including open-source models and domain-specific variants.
