About the Role
Senior Executive Finance will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities including accounting, cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting decision-making, and maintaining compliance with local regulation contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
Responsibilities
Processing of all imported and domestic purchase bills related to raw materials, chemicals, packing material and supplies
Accounting of customs duty and other statutory payments
Clearing of all open items in SAP for the postings
Ensure accuracy of forex gain / loss (both realized and unrealized)
Processing of transactions not routed through PO / SO (FI documents), contract payments and transportation expenditure etc.
Processing employee advances and reimbursements
Asset Accounting
Execution of depreciation in SAP and ensure accuracy
Compile data required for periodic statutory returns (GST, TDS and etc.)
Accounting of State and Central incentives
Monitor dues of MSME vendors and ensure compliance with MSME Act Provisions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or relatedfield; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in plant or manufacturing finance, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost accounting.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), accounting software and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
