Security Program Manager

Help us scale our security function by aligning cross-team initiatives, tracking OKRs, and driving clarity across engineering, IT, and leadership. This role blends strategy and execution.

What You'll Do :

Maintain security program calendar timeline and updates

Build KPI dashboards from 3rd party tool outputs, ideally automated

Track progress on audit remediation, engineering security workstreams

Facilitate security committee meetings, and executive weekly reporting

Ensure consistent documentation and communications

Partner with recruiting and People teams on hiring, training, and vendor onboarding

Skills & Requirements

What You Bring :

3+ years in technical program management, PMO, or security ops

Familiar with Agile and / or Scrum delivery frameworks for application teams

Exceptional cross-functional communication and documentation

Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence)

Exposure to security / IT programs is required vs generic program manager

Nice to Haves :

PMP, CSM, or similar certifications

Worked in high-growth and self-starter environments

Understand ChatGPT and prompting
