Job description2–4 years experience in video editing + motion graphics. Strong command of After Effects , Premiere Pro, and / or DaVinci Resolve. Solid understanding of design, timing, typography, framing, and cinematics. Comfortable working with AI tools — not just for aesthetics, but for production speed. Good spoken and written English (we work with global clients). Ability to take feedback positively and deliver fast, clean iterations. Experience with SaaS product videos, UI animation, or tech explainers. Basic sound design skills. Knowledge of Figma / Illustrator for asset preparation. Curiosity about new AI tools and willingness to experiment. Fast, dependable, and proactive. Obsessed with clean design and smooth animation. Comfortable with a founder-driven environment and fast turnaround cycles. Someone who enjoys learning, experimenting, and pushing creative boundaries. Work directly with the founder on global SaaS / AI video projects. Exposure to high-growth tech companies and cutting-edge AI workflows. Fully remote, flexible timings (we only care about output). We’re looking for our third core creative hire — someone who’s fast, reliable, genuinely talented, and excited about building the future of AI-powered video creation with us.
Blarky creates high-impact explainer videos, product demos, launch videos, and feature drops for SaaS, AI, and tech companies globally. We work fast (5-day delivery cycles), we use AI tools intelligently, and we value clean storytelling and design.
What You’ll Do
- Create motion graphics, 2D animations, UI animations , and polished video edits for SaaS and AI brands.
- Rebuild UI screens in Figma and animate them in AE (or similar).
- Edit product demos, feature drops, launch teasers, and explainers.
- Use AI tools (Runway, Freepik Spaces, Midjourney, Veo, Suno, 11Labs, etc.) to speed up reference generation, assets, and ideation.
- Work closely with the founder on scripts, storyboards, animation direction, and final polish.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clean delivery and communication.
