Project Manager - Construction

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. The role involves end-to-end project planning, execution, coordination with stakeholders, and site management.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from start to completion

Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory norms

Monitor site progress, productivity, and cost control

Manage billing, BOQ, variations, and project documentation

Resolve site issues and ensure timely decision-making

Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports

Ensure timely handover of projects
