Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Manager to oversee business operations, drive growth, and improve organizational performance.

The Business Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, developing business strategies, coordinating teams, and ensuring efficient internal processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and areas for expansion
• Analyze business performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
• Supervise department leads and provide direction, support, and development
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Support in hiring, training, and retaining staff as needed
• Foster a positive work culture and drive operational Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, or similar leadership roles
• Strong understanding of business functions (finance, HR, operations, marketing)
• Proven leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, business analytics tools, and ERP systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
