Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Handle inbound & outbound customer queries (calls, WhatsApp, emails, DMs)
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy and timely follow-up
• Maintain customer interaction logs in CRM / Excel
• Coordinate with the operations & delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Collect customer feedback and escalate recurring issues
• Assist in building SOPs for customer delight
