Role Overview

This role combines luxury client service with floral artistry . You will represent Foglia D'Oro to walk-in clients, high-profile customers, and event partners — ensuring every interaction feels personal, seamless, and elevated. Alongside, you will style and curate floral designs that showcase our sculptural approach, creating unforgettable visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Welcome and engage clients at the boutique with professionalism and warmth.
• Consult with walk-in and private clients on floral needs (retail, gifting, décor, events).
• Guide customers through custom-made options in fresh, dried, and preserved flowers.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email with prompt, polished responses.
• Ensure every order — from bouquet to large installation — is executed and delivered seamlessly.
• Support store events, festive activations, and collaborations to build brand awareness.
